The finishing touches

Aiming to get this project done by sept 1st. Realizing how little documentation there has been on the phase II progress. Instead I'll just end with some great before and after photos. Here are a few mid-project

    That is a huge improvement over what I saw at the beginning of June. Nice work. Like the plants on the fire escape.
